I take Colosan in the morning when I first get up. That ensures that the stomach is empty.

I take a heaping teaspoon in 8 oz of water. Then I drink 3-4 ounces of grapefruit juice. When I mean TSP I mean the one you set the table with not a measuring spoon.

If it is not working for you you are probably very defecient in magnesium. Once you have absorbed enough magnesium things will get moving.

A quick way to absorb magnesium is to take a warm bath with lots of Epsom Salts . It is quickly absorbed thru your skin.

Every time I bath I use Epsom Salts because they block the body's ability to absorb chlorine from the water.
