PB shakes: Green rubber stools

I just finished a juice fast of 3 days with regular PB shakes, and when on day 3 I passed green rubbery movements with folds in the shape of my intestines I figured it was mucoid plaque. Then I started passing a lot of it, and started reading more about PB shakes. It's referred to a lot as "green clay", why is that? From what I can see, this is the clay, or the clay in combination with the psillium seed husks or something in my body, that a lot of people are mistaking for mucoid plaque. I'm not totally sure, but I'm starting to think these greenish rubbery bowel movements are produced by the PB shakes not plaque. There still seems to be benifits to them, I think I have candida and passed a lot of stringy white stuff as well.

This should be an easy mystery to solve, PB shakes should produce similar bowel movements in most anyone that uses them while fasting. I plan on doing this again so I'm sure I"ll have a better idea soon, but whats the word on here, is this mucoid plaque or wishful thinking?
