I read her account and after reading Hally's response, I feel like it could have been an allergic reaction also. Chest problems can indicate an adverse reaction to a product, similar to when I encountered tightness in the chest with a BP pill. I took it for one more day to see if it was a one-off but it got worse the second time and I stopped it for good.

The hydration plan sounds like a great idea. I have so many lemons so I'm gonna put them to good use and go on a lemonade cleanse aswell as eating as healthy as I can.
