Emotional ups and downs definitely are contributing to your Acne - absolutely. And why do you have to get up so early to go to school? (just curious because...)
That is so weird - because I was going to ask you if anything significant happens between the hours of 3am and 5pm - I'm serious! It's because these are the 'peak energy' hours of the Lungs (which contribute to your skin health)...and here you are getting up at 4:30 or 5am! hmmmm!
Breathing exercises would really help you. Does that interest you at all? If not - at the very least make sure that you sleep with the window open so you get fresh air into your lungs...and that when you're outside you take great big deep breaths into your lungs, hold it for three counts and then exhale...This you could do - just as you're walking along...and with those breaths you'll probably feel much better and release old stuff (by really breathing OUT) which will in turn make you healthier...
