1 week on Cleanse/Hideous Skins Eruption on Forehaed

I have been on the Holistic Horizons cleanse for one week, and although I already had eczema on my forehead and chest, it is now ten times worse. Is this a healing crisis? Will it get better? I'm only taking one serving of Holistic Horizons now, should I increase? I did a cider vinegar bath last night and am drinking tons of water.
