Newbie ?..Colosan, Oxypowder, Oxy Cleanse AND is this OK?!?

What is the difference between Colosan, Oxypowder , and Oxy cleasnse? Also, This is my first cleanse I was going to use Paragone,P&B shakes, and one of the above, then on the 5 day break, do a liver flush. is this ok? ANy suggestions would be welcome. Also, on a juice fast is grape juice ok?
