Ulcers and cleansing??

I stumbled onto this site a few days ago and its great. I am a 26yr old male and have been having some health problems over the last year. In November of 2003 I had what I thought was the flu(temp,vomiting,cramps). It lasted about 4 days and ever since I have had chronic heartburn. Tums and Pepcid helped to make it bearable but I knew I couldnt continue covering up the problem forever. By April, five months later I had lost 25 pounds. I went to a Gastrologist and had an endoscopy. The doctor found a Duodenal ulcer in my small intestine. He prescribed me Nexium and it has eliminated the heartburn. However the cause of the Ulcer remains a question. The doctor says 90% of those type of ulcers are caused by a bacteria (H.Pylori). Mine tested negative for the bacteria. The other causes are drinking alcohol, smoking, and excessive use of asprin or IBprofin, and I do none of these. My doctor said they used to think stress could cause ulcers, but now they believe stress can make ulcers worst but are not the initial cause. I have had problems with anxiety and worry about things out of my control.

Since my blood work showed I was anemic the doctor also wanted to do a colonoscopy, which I just completed and he found two more ulcers in the Ileum. I am still waiting for the results of the biopsy. At this point I am pretty scared and confused. I have been fairly healthy my whole life until this point. Also, ever since this started my BM's have been very inconsistant. Sometimes I'm constipated and other times I have diarrhea. I plan on doing the total body cleanse, but any other advice or support would be much appreciated.
