Am I mucoid plaque free..????

I have been doing a p/b shakes Bowel Cleanse combined with bowel herbs and concentrated enzymes from the last Acne solution manual. On days 4-7 I passed a ton of mucoid plaque and nasty gunk. Day 8 and 9, I only passed a small amount. Today I am on day 10 and I havent really passed any...I have had 2 large bowel movements today but the stools looked back to normal not even remotely close to what i had passed the previous days. Is this a good sign I am free of plaque.?? Should I keep going a couple of more days..???
