Need help! bowel cleanse not going as planned.

I took Dr. Shulze F#1 for 10 days and was having anywhere from 2 to 4 bm's a day. Now I'm on day 2 of F#2 and have only gone once! What's going on?

I took 5 doses of F#2 yesterday as the instructions indicated and up'd my F#1 from 1 pill to 2 pills last night. I'm almost ready to take 3rd dose of F#2 for today but still no signes of movement in my gutt (in other words i don't feel like I'll have another b/m anytime soon).

I thought the toilet would be my second home this weekend but not at all. I am eating as much as I normally do and trying to keep my water intake up. .

any suggestions?
