Okay, do a juice fast or Master-Cleanse and use P&B shakes or just the P. That works for me.

There is also a product called blessed herb Colon Cleanse or something like that. Zule used it a month or two ago. You will definitely get plague out it you have any to begin with. The thing is its kind of expensive. You can pretty much do the same thing with a juice fast, P&Bs, and maybe some herbs.

Oh wait, I just reread your post. You already did an Master-Cleanse with P&Bs and no ropes?

Well, that's all I got. Maybe a colonic or maybe doing the P&B's for longer. Or maybe you just don't have any. It sounds like you have a pretty clean diet cookin.
