ParaGone, liver flush & pinworms

I did my first round of ParaGone(because of intense anal itching), then during the 5 day break I did Hulda Clark s liver flush, then did the 2nd round of two weeks of ParaGone. During the 2nd two weeks of ParaGone, my bowels moved the best in years and the anal itching disappeared completely but returned after the ParaGone was stopped. I wrote to RenewLife, who makes ParaGone and here is an excerpt of what they said. I do not understand the logic.
" By doing the "liver flush" between ParaGone
cleanses, you may have fed the pinworms"
Can anyone explain this? I wrote to RenewLife but have not heard back.
