We'll probably never know why the levees broke. That is pretty interesting detail Donna - breaks in three key locations. FWIW I did read at another web site yesterday that they were broken on purpose. There was nothing in the way of detail, just the one statement. One must admit that the situation, especially with Gulfport being such a critical operation for bringing in oil, coupled with the recent peak-oil propaganda, and the fact that oil prices were already steadily increasing before this disaster, and the economy/unemployment situation being far worse than what the news fakers have been making it out to be for several years now.......... makes a tidy, neatly coreographed dilemma.
