I have cheated. Since day 2, I have 2 or 3 small potato chips, chewing them very well. As a matter of fact, over chewing them. Keeps my hunger under control. To tell you the truth, I don't feel like the chips have made much a difference in the cleanse. Probably b/c it is so little food...this being day 4, I have passed appx 10 ft. of MP. Going to try very hard this weekend to stay on the straight-and-narrow.
