There are never definite answers since all our bodies are different.

Raymond did Schulze, colosan and Oxypowder .He liked them all but felt he still got a good cleaning with Oxypowder . Now he was going to use colonix.
Now he has bowel trouble, so he might need more than the average person.
I use oxy because it is in capsule forum. And I have been happy with it.

I am going to try colonix.
