Going back to MC tomorrow and then into my Apple Fast
Well with teh foods that I have been eating still, I see some improvement that I still need to make.
I just put all of my veggies in freezer bags and pray they will last 2 or 3 weeks. lol
But I need to get the foods out of me that I have been eating lately from teh restuarants and learning while doing so, and stop smoking.
So I will start my
Master-Cleanse again tomorrow and when I am done with my cigs lead it into my apple fast to get the nicotene out of me.
Least one good thing about the
Master-Cleanse is that you can learn what foods that you can and can't eat, then cleanse yourself and just stick with those foods when you are done. :D
I kind of feel guilty in a way, but not too bad really. It is a learning process to find out what normal foods taht you can eat and then going into vegetarian foods and finding out what you like of that stuff. Plus to figure out what agrees with your body and what doesn't anymore is really the trick. At least with teh MC, we can cleanse the bad foods out of us that we learned through trial and error and then stick with teh healthy foods.
I will still be checking in here every so often, I just need to cleanse me out a little because I feel off from eating the eggs in the omlette, plus it will put me in the mode already for my apple fast. I may lead that into the pear fast also, I haven't quite decided yet, but taking one thing at a time. :)
