After the Cleanse-Support Group Forum

I found this support group forum sitting empty the past few months and thought it would be cool if we could use it for after we are done with our cleansing to have a place to go and chat with ideas of healthy food, exercise tips and healthier lifestyle.
So welcome everyone from the cleanse forums, hopefully we can keep each other supported during our "transition" from cleansing to healthier living after our cleanses. :)
