Actually it was already made in here but sat idle for 3 months before I had posted. I kind of stumbled on it and there it was.
I'm glad that I found it because I think that most who cleanse, us with Master-Cleanse and the other cleanses also need support so that they can keep on a healthy lifestyle. I hate to see good things started and then drop people in mid air after they are done if you know what I mean. :)
So I look forward to people coming here and lending each other support. I know that we all need it. So spread the word to others, the more the merrier and more ideas. :)
I'll keep checking into the lemonade cleanse forum for questions that I can answer, but keep coming to this if you all need help after your cleanse is done or just want to chat to keep us all focussed. :)
