do you know serious courses online about natural healing?

Does anyone knows about SERIOUS online classes/courses about natural health, demanding max. 500 euros per year (including subscription, lessons, books,everything) and lasting 1 or 2 years at the most?
I would like to hear from people who have really done them. What kind of exams they had to pass,if their degree has some recognition, what they think about, and if it helped in finding a job in natural health domain.
