Prayer request for strength and wisdom

Dear Lord,

I come to you humbly asking
that I take time to care for myself.
I ask that you and the friends in
the CureZone pray for me
as I go forth to do service.

Help me not do too much,
to go deeper,
slower,
take in as much as I pour out.

Grace we with the capacity
to take in deep rest during
this time when my body
asks my spirit to be patient.
