anxiety please help

Please pray for me.. I have been doing well in my battle with candida, but my old symptoms came back three nights ago and they cause me so much suffering. I vibrate internally, and I have a weird headache. The worst though is that I can not sleep well and my throat feels very tight and moves/flutters through the nite. No one tell me what this is or how to deal with it. I don't even know if it is related to my candida or not. This has been going on for over a year, but these symptoms had subsided and I was sleeping great for months, andnow it is worse than ever. .,I don't know how I can handle it.

please pray that I can sleep through the nite and at least be rested to think clearly so I can fiqure out what to do for my health.
