sick leave and financial

My employer is trying to get me to take unpaid leave and pay my own health insurance rather than go on short term disability. My doctor has sent many forms stating my disability issues.

My spouse was laid off work two weeks ago.

We have two disabled children.

We really need the income and the insurance coverage!
Please pray that there is a swift resolution to these issues.
