Hi Dot,

I can't believe you suffer severe pain in your ankle. I have had my ankle x-rayed 3 times and the doctor said that there was nothing in the x-ray. The last time I left there in tears because I couldn't get to the bathroom at night it hurt so bad. Thank God I have not had that since I started flushing. I walk around the block now every other day and it doesn't hurt like it did. I have heard a little about diverticular disease and I guess that is why alot of people suggest enemas or colonics soon after the cleanse.
God loves those who think of others before themselves. You are a very kind and generous person to think of others as you go through so much yourself. I will pray for you.
