Re: Hi Debby

Hi Libby,

I will share what I can on an open forum like this, but I have referred many others here; and being the private person that I generally am, I am hesitant to be too specific. I would love to tell you privately, but know of no way to do this.

For starters, it is all you ask about and more--much more. Some of it goes back as far as I can remember--possible to birth, and yes, I have in frustration and anger, often blamed God. I know deep down this is not true, but when you feel helpless AND hopeless, it is easy to lash out anywhere, especially when you don't know where to assign "fault" or if three truly is any "blame"
to be placed. Maybe some things are simply the way they will always be, and must be accepted whether or not we think we can or not.

I have tried, obviously without much success, to live by the saying of "knowing the things you can change, and accepting the things you cannot". I guess I just have such a "fighting nature" that I sometimes see "acceptance" as giving up; and when you do give up, that is when REAL hopelessness begins. Maybe I need to learn the difference between acceptance and giving up. Maybe that is where faith comes in, and mine may be severely lacking.

So many questions.
