Silly brain dead American ..

Al Jazeera is headquartered out of Qatar, (a country allied with the US and the same country where the coalition headquarters are located) Al Jezeera is the emirate's state-funded news organization. It is NOT run by Saddam Hussein.

Duh!

Actually it is probably the most unbiased of the major news networks as what it does is show footage of the 'real' war -- the real death and destruction, not the sanitized version of the Americans news and the embedded reporters.

It also does not spin for the Iraqis. Same deal. No ranting editorials, Just the news. In Arabic and English. It manages shows the ugliness of the war from ground zero. The 'real' dead and wounded from both sides. And the destruction from inside the Iraqi cities. It is by and large, the most complete and comprehensive of any news source reporting this war.

That's why people from all over the world want the Al Jezeera news feeds. That's why the US administration bitches about it so much. It shows the truth.

However it is an Arab owned... so you wouldn't want to watch it now, would you
