What kind of calculator do you have??? The Bush Administration will SPEND 75 bil to free the Iraqi people! I'm sure if you check you'll find that the USA provides Financial Aid to just about every country on the planet also totaling in the Billions! In an odd way, I wish we would "stay out of other countries business" I would be a rich man and these countries that can't survive without our Dirty Money would shrivel up and die!
