I wish I could help you understand. Sounds like you have your mind made up that there are no Christians in the world that can get along with each other.
You know, maybe you're right. When I was growing up I was in a Christian community of about 600 people. We prayed, played, sang, danced, ate and wnt to church together. We got along so well that I can honestly say that I miss my childhood days!
Somewhere along the way, over the course of the last 30 years, something went wrong! Parents stopped bringing their children to church and the whole meaning of Christianity got lost! Followers of Christ, that's all Christianity is. Loving God above all else, and loving your family and friends and neighbors, and yes, even loving your enemies, because you know they're really just like you!
Unfortunately, Christianity today is thought of as being right winged. My parents were both democrats. Jerry Farwell is hardly my ideal of a Christian. Hatred is not a part of Christianity.
Christianity, Judaism, Mohammedism, Buddhism are all religions that share the love of God above all else. Love is the primary teaching. Love your neighbor as yourself.
God Bless you, and please understand that like you and your friends that get along, that there are alot of people that believe in God and practice a religion that do get along. Please, take the time to find out who Christ is. You may be surprised to find that he's just like some of your best friends!
