You would think that the most advanced tech army could #1 use the spike mats and #2 put concrete barriers around so the people travelling on the road would have to slow way down? am I silly or what? Duhhh and im not even employed by the army, but then again maybe they don't want people to think for themsleves. The orders have to come from the top right? maybe Rumsfield can help? Tweet
