Re: 3rd flush

Hi Yemaya...I have thrown up too...and I really have no idea why. It was weird. I did everything the same (I drink water up until about an hour before the OO (Olive-Oil) drink all the time)...but just before I was to drink the oo drink I got this sick kind of feeling, like I just didn't want to drink it. (this was flush #3 out of 4) All I can think of was...the timing wasn't right! For whatever reason! Who knows.

I DO find that my best flushes are after I Master-Cleanse for a while or AppleFast. Those two flushes were nausea-free flushes. I'll always do apples for at least a day before now...
