Floaters, ringing in the ears (tinitus) and Depression are all symptoms of reactive hypoglycemia. Traditional medicine tests for blood Sugar problems with a fasting blood glucose test and a hemoglobin A1c test, neither of which detects reactive hypoglycemia.
You can use a glucometer (home blood glucose meter like diabetics use) to see what happens with your blood Sugar before a high carb meal then after the meal at 15 minutes, 30 minutes, then every 30 minutes until blood Sugar goes down to pre-meal levels. You'd typically be looking for a spike in blood glucose and then a sharp drop of approximately 50 points in any half hour (can be across one of the 30 minute boundaries).
The rest of your symptoms could be liver/gallbladder and/or dietary issues, etc.
