thankyou, both of you who responded. i appreciate your help. i just wish that i had somebody as knowledgable as either of you right here with me, to help me with this and get started on this. i don't know where to begin, but, i guess at the beginning is a good a place as any. i will check out Clark's cleansing ..but, on question more: WILL i be able to find all the ingredients i need at my local health stores? i won't have to send away for anything, will i?
