I know...the acronyms are needed because we don't want to spell out Bentonite & Psyllium all the time! ha.

GCG was for Gold Coin Grass.

The B&P's are talked about mainly over on the Bowel Forum...it's a drink that you make 1 to 4 times a day to clean out your intestines!
