Wow...good flush you guys!!

You got out a whole cornucopia of colours...I've heard of those white ones, but have never had one myself.

If he really wants to save the stones he'll have to freeze them or they'll just melt away (seems like the right environment for them is inside with no air and biley stuff around them!).

Make sure you drink at least 2 litres of water today to replenish what the es took out.

Look forward to hearing about both your next flushes! (what a guy - so enthusiastic! My boyfriend is into ME doing it -and TELLS everybody about how amazing it is- but so far he has found excuses for not doing it himself....rats!)
