I want to encourage you to continue to do the liver flush. I will tell you how it went for me. Last September I had a Gall Bladder attack. I went to the ER, where they did tests and found lots of stones, with one blocking what they called the neck of my gall bladder....they wanted to admit me and do immediate surgery. I came home, started to do liver flushes, every couple of weeks. I changed my entire diet THAT day. I do not eat red meat, white flour, White Sugar , eggs, fried foods of any kind and NO fast food. I do eat lots of fresh raw vegetables. I eat fruits. I juice vegetables some times. I do not eat much out of a can or a box.I do eat oatmeal, the old fashioned one with soy milk. I do not drink cow milk. (I still have a horrible cheese eating habit, but did NOT eat that either for over four months) I was obese.....I have lost 42#s and have some more to lose. At first I ate a little boiled chicken with a lot of mung beans. I hardly eat chicken now. I do eat small amounts of fish now. The best Liver Flush recipe that I have used kind of follows Hulda Clark 's protocol, BUT I do not use Epsom Salts . I increased the amount of extra virgin olive oil to one and one half cups....I drink it with a straw. I chase it with lemon juice, using six lemons.Takes about an hour to get it all down. I do not use ornithine..I tried it once. I have done seven flushes so far. I have gotten out literally hundreds of stones, some real big ones. I know I have more in there and am due for a flush at this time. I have read and read and read about people that have had thier gall bladders out, only to have the same pains and worse. I will be keeping mine and I sure hope that you keep yours too. We NEED our gall bladder, contrary to what doctors tell us.....they are in business to make money and gall bladder surgery is a great money maker. They will not be making any money off of me with it. I had have no more attacks. I am pushing 50. I wish you the best and hope you can try to do the flushes every couple of weeks.....it really does work!
