OOOOO...good idea! I went and got some caffiene free herbal peppermint tea which was good...but I think i will try it with a teaspoon of the maple syrup tommorrow! I dont use a full two tablespoons in my lemonade..so I dont think it would hurt to add it to the tea instead.
I actually made it through the grocery store without much trouble, I am still surprised at how I am OK with not having food. It truly seems like a mind over matter situation. I was sooooo ready for a change.
I actually caught myself browsing the health food section and the organic fruit and veggies...thinking of how I want to eat when it is time to come off the fast.
Of course remind me of these words later in the week...lol
