Thanks for that Keith .. it's always best to go straight to the source! As I have bowel problems anyway (bowel cancer runs in my family), I have been advised to take the p&b shakes from the start. Had my very first one (and my very first lemonade) earlier today. I can let you know how starting everything at once affects me if you like :)

I'm hoping I'll have BMs a little more often than my norm (which is around once a week). I'm also intending to have the tea tonight and try out the salt flush tomorrow morning. I'm waking up extra extra early so hopefully it will all hit me and be gone before my one hour trip to work in the morning.

I leave for work at 7:30am so was intending to wake up at 5am. Think that's enough time??
