4th Day with a slight twist
Two months ago I followed the
Master-Cleanse recipe exactly for 9 days with great results but with the feeling that I'd quit too early. But there were 2 huge jobs coming into work and I needed to be on top of my game - besides the boss buys lunch when we have clients in-house ;^). Decided that the first day of spring was a good time to do it again - I'm shooting for at least 14 days this time. Don't need to loose weight, just clean up 45 years of wear and tear. So far between the previous MC, Bowel Cleansing and
Liver Flushing I've managed to alleviate several things that have plagued me the last few years (and the doctor couldn't do a thing about). Cholesterol down, coating on the tongue almost gone,digestion better, sinuses clear, "allergies" gone, skin rashes gone, killed some parasites, stomach almost flat, easier to get along with and overall feeling of well-being up. Never thought looking in the toilet could be so fun! Can't say thank-you enough to all the folks here at Curezone.
Started out Thursday evening by
juicing half of the veggies that were left in the fridge and called that dinner. Ate apples all day Friday (I like apples but 1 or 2 a day is plenty from now on!) and drank apple juice in prep for a
Liver Flush (9th one?) that night. Did the usual recipe but about doubled the GFJ and OO. Not the massive flush I expected the next morning. In the past I've passed stones upon waking up but this time it wasn't until an hour or so later. Not alot of stones or sludge this time either. Not disappointed, just surprised since I'd upped the "cocktail" volume. I do feel as if things were cleared a bit better for the upcoming cleansing.
Juiced the rest of the veggies in the fridge for lunch (couldn't bear to just throw them away since they would've gone bad before I got around to them again). Figured that the carrots, beets, broccoli, ginger, apple and spinach would do nothing but good on the way thru.
So the
Master-Cleanse was officially started after noon on Saturday. Started the lemonaide that afternoon adding the odd lime. Currently I'm averaging about 3
quarts of the drink a day along with a good amount of purified water. Twice a day I'm adding the B&P for some bulk to grab onto any toxins flushed into the GI tract and maybe loosen some mucoid plaque on the way thru. Did pass alot of gunk this morning.
The twist comes in that I started to take Cellfood a couple weeks ago and will continue during the MC. I believe that it's properties will enhance the
Master-Cleanse and the absense of solids in the gut will aid in the absorption of the nutrients to the cellular level. Also for good measure I'm taking Chlorella just before going to bed for it's toxin absorbing, and other, properties. Would love to hear anyone's thoughts on this. Never the purist, I just can't leave well enough alone.
