So..you're not getting much out? Since your intake of solids is pretty minimal (like zilch! - except for the one b&p) you won't be releasing that much.
As long as you're not 'bloated' with a feeling of being constipated, I'd up your intake of the b&p to 2 a day. (right before bed) If you still don't feel bloated and constipated, then add another so you're up to 3. THEN you might start seeing the fabled 'ropes' ha! They are truly exciting to see. (I seem to be able to jump right in with 2 a day and move to 3 pretty quick...my boyfriend jumps into 3 a day right away, but after months of seeing how people react, I had to get cautious because everyone's systems are different and some get bloated/constipated when they go too quickly. Just pay attention to your body and all will be well. We shouldn't be afraid of the b&p's even if they do bloat you for a bit, it's not going to last forever. So a little experimentation is good.
Once you're up to 3 a day I'm sure you'll see some of the mucoid plaque...it's great when you're fasting, because you know that you're not taking anything in and to see dark black/grey stuff come out is quite bewildering!
