First, I'd like to say, I really like your screen name - "son-of-the-light" sounds so positive and beautiful.

It sounds like you are having a troubling time, but still have positive things in your life as well. You mention that you are happy that your wife still believes in you. Can you focus on the good and try to move forward, leaving the bad behind?

If you have done this fast before, you also have success behind you, and maybe you can concentrate on the aspects of that earlier success, and try to repeat them?

I haven't yet encountered too much of the emotional side of my detox, but I have had challenges before, and I think you just have to face and work through the pain. We all can get past our demons and troubles and change our lives for the better. Believe in yourself first, and concentrate on the good things in your life and go from there.
