Thank you for your very informational and inspiring posts. I start my
Master-Cleanse tomorrow morning, and your helpful info, along with all of the many others on this forum, have gotten me so very psyched that I think I am as mentally prepared as I could possibly be.
One reason for waiting until after today was a first-day-of-spring food day in my office - 40 people contributing a huge variety of foods. Typical fare including chili, meat balls, brownies, potato salad, nacho chips and dips, etc., etc., etc.
I had planned to indulge. But when this morning came, I still packed my little bag of raw veggies, leftover organic brown rice and a little bit of free-range chicken breast. I had no desire at all to eat that junk. So, hopefully, this desire to be good to myself will continue through the next 8+ days and beyond.
