Hi Teresa! Your experience sounds a lot like mine. My first master cleanse with b&p just felt like a breeeeeze! And I had SO SO SO much energy...I couldn't believe it. Such pure energy eh? wow.

Your rope...sounds authentic! I just loved going to the bathroom while on the Master-Cleanse and b&p..soooo exciting to see what I got. Believe me...the shapes of the ropes (lobes, discs, swirly lumps) totally changes. You think you're going to get the same thing forever, but you don't! I took the b&p after my fast too....for about 40 days in total and ended up not getting out the huge ropes anymore...just tiny frond-like pieces (must've been from the small intestine) that looked like a tree branch...so delicate! So different from the big disc ones I first got out.

So....enjoy! (ha. tooo funny)
