Hi, I'm going to be adding Clarkia to my Master-Cleanse w/B&PS (guess that will qualify as an Ultimate?). Is it ok to put the Clarkia drops in the lemonade or do I need to do it separately? And am I correct in thinking that I need to wait at least an hour after B&P to take Clarkia ? Just making sure I have it all straight...
