i think with any health protocol if you really think it could be making things worse, then you should probably stop and see if things change. i would just stop altogether and then see what happens.

its possible you are just doing too much. or that its a shock to your system.

i would stop, and then when things settle down, try introducing it back it in small amounts, very slowly increasing over time.

i do not see how boosting oxygen can be a bad thing, but its possible your body is just having a hard time dealing with the sudden increase.

it IS possible this is a healing crisis, and that if you keep at it things will improve. i wish i could tell you for sure, but i really have no way of knowing.
