peroxide in humidifier???

I have been meaning to go and buy some food grade peroxide, but am waiting until I finished my "liquid oxygen drops", and my ear treatment with the 3% pharmacy brands.

But until then--I had a question:
Can I use this pharmacy 3% in the humidifier--say about a tablespoon or two per jug(5 litres of water). Or would that be bad to breathe in?
