Re: Ionic Cleanse Therapy

If it's what I'm thinking of, you put your feet in
ionic-charged water and it is supposed to draw
toxins out of your body and into the water. Supposedly
the water turns all kinds of nasty colors. I have
no personal experience with it.

However, I read a post somewhere where someone had spend
a long time doing ozone saunas, working through the rashes,
etc. Later, someone asked them if they wanted to try an ionic
cleanse and they agreed. The person who administered the
it was shocked that the water stayed clear. It was
the first time this had ever happened in their experience.

So, apparently ozone sauna will probably to the same thing.
That's just my conjecture, though.
