you need an earscope (i had bought it from promolife.com) to have the ozone gas flow into the ears. you plug one side to the ozone generator and the other side to the ears. i use humidifier also which is sold in the same site. in this case, i plug the earscope to the humudifer not directly to the ozone generator. hope this helps.
