I suggest you drink 1.5 litres of Ozone water throughout the day

Also add in the morning a Cayenne/LEMON/Hot water drink (250ml hot water, 1 squeezed lemon along with 1 teaspoon of Cayenne or start with 1/4 tsp)

Eat some fresh Cranberries

Some people get good results with Colloidal Silver but I don't like promoting it these days.
