I'd use the Katz ozonator over the aranizer for the sauna.
That way you have the ambient air coming from the outside
of the sauna. Technically they like you to have medical
ozone coming into a sauna, but if I had to choose between
sticking the aranizer inside the sauna and running a tube
from the katz ozonator from the outside, I'd go with the katz.

I've actually used the katz ozonator a couple times to do
insufflation. I wouldn't do this on an ongoing basis
because of the NoX potential. But this is why I'm
currently looking into getting a medical grade unit at
the moment.
