Re: MSM question & Oxy cleanse while Parasite Cleansing?

Oxytherapy - to me this includes any/all that one is taking/using that increases oxygen, added up! hahaha
I know that the Mag O7 is considered to do this & was under the impression that MSM also in some way affects oxygen in the system [have I misinterprted this?]
I'm still seeking guidance on air & water units [no response to my last post] & read about "Oxygen Elements Plus" on this site & decided to try that because of its additional properties.

Sooo, how does one determine optimum levels for their system.

Right now, for me that includes only the Mag O7 - I used 6 caps per day for cleanse. I think maintenance dose will probably be 2 caps. When I get the "Ox El Plus" & water ozonator....etc....doesn't all this ADD UP! When is it TO much? How do I determine which is best or how much of "any of them" to use? God/dess knows no "doc" will help with these questions!!!!
