I think whatever therapy you choose you will need more than 2 times. I have used both and have had detox reactions to both but it took time. When I started the UBV therapy after several treatments I noticed my herpies come back briefly then dissapear. I think it's gone for good this time. I only had one and it only came out during times of stress. It made a little blister itched a lot then after a week or so would go away. During the therapy when it appeared it was different it was in the same place as usual but not in a blister form and it didn't itch it was more of a dry and rough little patch. I'm not sure ofcourse only time will tell but I think that's the last I will ever see of it. I know that's what it was! Anyway I've noticed many changes with the UBV therapy. It is slower acting but much more effective, but you must give it time. I had it once a week for 3 months then backed off having it about once a month now. Don't ever stop using ozone in any form abruptly! Hope this helps.
