Re: A "manufactured" plague? n/p

When I put this frog info up on my site on the 25th I commented wondering if its a cyclotronic reason behind this. What happens is they plant a organism in the populance or frog pond and then they stimulate this with frequencies which excite this organism and its grows and grows creating either disease or I suppose they could explose something also depending on the frequency used.
